For Dallas - style glamorous curls, stylist and salon-owner Kent James advises, "Start by applying a firm holding gel.  Scrunch dry for body, then separate hair into large sections.  Spray them with a soft hold spray and roll each onto a large Velcro roller.  After ten minutes, take the rollers out, and either brush it out for a soft look or finger - comb for a sexier, messier look.  Then spray lightly with a shine- enhancing hairspray. "
